Log a beer inside its brewery’s check-in area and the card is yours. Logged anywhere else, it still counts in your passport.
Every card carries its number in the edition. Get there early and you hold a low one.
A visit is a day you log a beer at the brewery. Each visit climbs the card of every beer you have there, and however many you have that night, it’s one visit.

Be first. It’s yours forever.
Every beer has exactly one First Pour. It goes to the first person ever to log that beer at its brewery, and nobody else can earn it, climb to it, or mint another.

Is it free?
Yes. PintDeck Taste is free for beer drinkers, and so are the cards, stamps and challenges.
What can I actually win?
Cards and stamps from Taste itself, and real rewards from breweries: merch like a stein or a pint glass, discounts, and club perks. Each brewery sets its own, and you redeem them on your phone at the bar.
Is there an Android app?
It’s coming. Taste is on the App Store for iPhone today, and until the Android app lands you can use it on the web.
Are there ads?
No third-party ads. You will see banners and notifications from breweries near you, when they tap something new, put on an event or run a challenge. That’s the only promotion in Taste, and you can turn the notifications off any time.
Do I have to be at a brewery?
No. Log a beer anywhere and it goes in your journal and your passport. Cards mint when you log a beer at its brewery.
What counts as a visit?
A day you log a beer at the brewery. However many you have that night, it’s one visit. A card climbs with the visits you have that beer, so a Holographic is a beer someone truly loves.
What is a First Pour?
The card for the first person ever to log a beer at its brewery. There is exactly one for every beer, and it can never be earned again.
